SINFUL CARAMEL COEUR A LA CRÈME HEARTS
Yield: two hearts

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup soft goat cheese
1/3 jar (3-4 oz.) Caramel Sin - Lemon

In a small bowl, cream the two cheeses together until well blended.
Warm Caramel Sin - Lemon in a water bath on top of the stove or in the oven. If you prefer, microwave it for 30 seconds.
Pour Caramel Sin - Lemon into the cheese mixture and stir until completely blended.
Spoon mixture into two very lightly oiled coeur a la crème molds and chill until firm.
Unmold immediately before serving and garnish with fresh mint.
