CARAMEL SIN BLONDIES
Makes 15 blondies

1 jar (11 oz.) Caramel Sin (any flavor)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package (about 18 oz.) cake mix (white or yellow)
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups walnut pieces (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Warm Caramel Sin in a water bath on top of the stove or in the oven. If you prefer, microwave it for 30 seconds.
Stir in 1/3 cup evaporated milk and set aside.
Combine remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk, cake mix, butter, vanilla and cinnamon; stir until just blended.
Spread half the dough into a lightly greased 9" square cake pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chill remaining dough.
Pour Caramel Sin mixture over blondie layer in cake pan. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
Divide remainder of dough into roughly 9 equal portions; pat each into a 3" circle.
Overlap circles slightly to cover the Caramel Sin layer (dough will spread during baking to cover).
Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
Cover and chill thoroughly before cutting.

So easy, so good. Great with a tall glass of milk or a non-fat smoothie.
