CARAMEL SIN PUDDLE COOKIES
Makes 36 medium cookies

2 sticks (8 oz.) unsalted butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Caramel Sin (any flavor)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
In an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add vanilla and salt and mix in. Add flour and mix at low speed until blended.
Roll dough into 1-1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly, leaving them about 2" apart.
Press a shallow well in the middle of each cookie. Use a small spoon to "puddle" Caramel Sin in each well (be careful not to overfill).
Bake until just barely browned around the edges (about 11-14 minutes).
Cool in pan.
