CRANBERRY FOOL MAYONNAISE
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1 cup mayonnaise (homemade or high-quality processed brand)
1/2 cup Cranberry Fool
1 clove garlic, mashed (may substitute 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic)

Mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving..

Amazingly delicious on cold poultry or meat. Or jazz up your tuna salad. Try this as a dip for jicama or carrots
