FOOL SAUCE FOR POULTRY 1 jar
(11 oz.) Cranberry Fool In
a small saucepan, combine Cranberry Fool, brandy and a pinch each of
salt and pepper. Baste
a roast chicken or game hens 5 minutes before you take them out of the
oven. Or use to deglaze sautéed turkey or chicken cutlets and
serve sauce over. |
