BRANDY FOOL SAUCE FOR POULTRY
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1 jar (11 oz.) Cranberry Fool
1 1/2 cups brandy
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small saucepan, combine Cranberry Fool, brandy and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
Reduce over high heat, stirring intermittently, until reduced to 1 1/2 cups.
Cool completely and check seasonings.
Add salt and/or pepper if necessary.

Baste a roast chicken or game hens 5 minutes before you take them out of the oven. Or use to deglaze sautéed turkey or chicken cutlets and serve sauce over.
