CRANBERRY
CHEDDAR NUT BALL
Makes
one 4" ball
1/2
lb. sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons ground almonds
Chopped almonds as needed
5 tablespoons Cranberry Fool
Cut
cheese into 1-inch cubes and place in food processor with steel blade.
Add 3 tablespoons ground almonds.
Add 3 tablespoons Cranberry Fool. Pulse until thoroughly mixed.
Remove and form into a ball.
Coat ball in chopped almonds and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then remove 15 minutes before serving.
Make a shallow well in the top of the ball and fill with 2 more tablespoons
Cranberry Fool.
